Therapy with me is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw from trauma-informed, attachment-based, and mindfulness practices to help you feel steadier, more connected, and more in control of your life.
I see individual adults and teens (13+) for concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational stress. Sessions are held via secure telehealth for Washington State residents.
Your first session focuses on getting to know one another - what's bringing you in, what's been helping or not, and what you hope will change. Together we'll identify initial goals and outline a plan that feels doable and at your pace.
